The Promise

Built on good work, fair pricing, and repeat customers

Exterior Cleaning Pros has been cleaning homes and commercial properties across South Manchester and North Cheshire since 2007.

We have cleaned thousands of properties from family homes and driveways to rendered facades, roofs, patios, cladding and larger managed sites.

A lot of our work comes from repeat customers, neighbour recommendations and facilities managers who want a company they do not have to chase.

We are not interested in rushing jobs or adding extras halfway through. We do the work properly, price it clearly, and leave the place looking the way it should.

What We Do

Services that make properties shine

Jet washing

We use professional equipment and the right level of pressure to clean thoroughly without leaving the rough, overworked finish poor jet washing often causes.

Driveway cleaning

Block paving, resin-bound, concrete and tarmac cleaned with the right pressure, treatment and finish for the surface.

Patio cleaning

We remove built-up dirt, surface staining, weeds and organic growth from slabs, stone and paving, then leave the area clean, even-looking and ready to enjoy again.

Render cleaning

As a K-Rend approved cleaning specialist, we regularly clean rendered homes and buildings affected by black algae, red staining, green growth and general weathering, using careful render-safe methods that restore the finish without unnecessary damage.

Roof cleaning

We provide careful roof cleaning for domestic and commercial properties, using the right method for the roof type and condition rather than one aggressive process for every job.

Cladding cleaning

We restore tired, dirty or weathered cladding on homes, offices, retail units and managed properties.

Services

A simple, transparent process designed around your time — no chasing, no guesswork, no nasty invoices.

How It Works

Why people choose us (and keep coming back)

Anyone can say they offer a quality service. What matters is how the work is priced, how the property is treated, and whether the result actually lives up to what was promised.

Written quotes, clear pricing

You receive a proper written quote with a clear scope of work, so you know exactly what is included from the start.

No pressure selling

If a surface does not need cleaning yet, we will tell you. If there is a better option, we will say so. We would rather give sensible advice than push work that is not needed.

Reliable and straightforward

We communicate clearly, agree dates properly and turn up ready to get on with the job. A large part of our work comes from word of mouth because people know we do what we say we will do.

No mess left behind

A job should end with a cleaner property, not more for you to sort out afterwards. We work carefully and tidy down properly when the job is finished.

No hidden extras and no upfront payment

We do not quote one figure and then look for reasons to add more later. We also do not ask for money upfront. The job is priced properly at the outset and carried out as agreed.

No corner-cutting

We are not interested in rushed jobs or quick fixes that do not last. We take the time to do the work properly, because that is what gives the best result and protects the surface.

Render cleaning specialist

Render Cleaning is where experience matters most.

Rendered walls can transform the look of a property when they are clean, but they also show staining quickly and can be damaged surprisingly easily by the wrong method.

Black algae, red streaking and green growth each need the right treatment, enough dwell time and a careful rinse to achieve an even result. That is why so many homeowners come to us specifically for render cleaning.

We take the time to assess the surface, identify what is causing the staining and choose the safest effective method for the job. If cleaning is the right option, we will explain why. If it is not, we will say that too.

The questions we get asked most.

Anything not covered here? Send us a message or call David. I am here to help you!

Do you offer written quotes?

Yes. Every quote is provided clearly in writing so you know what is being done, what it costs and what to expect. We prefer that approach because it avoids confusion and gives customers something straightforward to compare.

Do I need to be at home while the work is carried out?

Not always. For many jobs, as long as we have suitable access and everything has been agreed in advance, you do not need to be there throughout. We will advise you before the job if there is anything specific we need.

Are you insured?

Yes. My team consist of 5 cleaning experts, and we are all fully insured.

Do you ask for payment upfront?

No. We do not ask for upfront payment. You receive a clear written quote first, and we keep the whole process straightforward.

How quickly can you start?

That depends on the time of year and the size of the job, but we will always be honest about availability. We would rather give you a realistic start date and keep to it than overpromise and leave you waiting.

What if I only need advice?

That is absolutely fine. If you are unsure whether something needs cleaning, or you want to understand the safest option before booking, just ask. We are happy to give honest advice.
