About Us

Why my jet washing lasts longer

A standard rinse removes the dirt you see today. It leaves algae spores alive in the pores. The green returns quickly.

My process is different.

I apply a professional pre-treatment to kill moss, algae and organic growth. I clean with hot water where it helps.

My diesel burner reaches 90 degrees, with steam available to 150 degrees for chewing gum and heavy oil. I use a flat surface cleaner for even results with no striping or tiger marks.

I finish with a light biocide to slow regrowth. The surface looks better on the day and it stays cleaner for eighteen months to two years.

I do not chase every stain with more pressure.

Oil, black spot, rust, algae and tyre marks all behave differently. More pressure is not always the answer. I use the right treatment for the right stain, which gets a better result without punishing the surface.

I clean the driveway without covering the house in it.

Jet washing can throw dirty water onto walls, doors, windows, fences and garage frames. I work in a way that controls the mess as I go, then rinse down the areas that need it so the whole space feels finished.

I do the boring details that make the clean look expensive.

Edges, corners, steps, drain covers, borders and awkward cuts around walls are where rushed work shows. I take the time to finish those areas properly, because that is what makes the whole job look sharp.

I understand commercial cleaning has to be organised

Busy entrances, customer areas, car parks, loading bays and shared walkways need more thought than a domestic driveway. I plan the work in sections, manage wet areas sensibly, and keep disruption to a minimum while the clean is being carried out.

These prices are taken from the recent jobs i did across South Manchester and North Cheshire.

A typical terraced house front path and steps in Didsbury or Chorlton is usually £90 to £140.
A large domestic side path, rear yard and steps in Hale or Bowdon typically costs £180 to £280.
A small commercial yard or loading bay in Stockport or Wythenshawe often falls between £250 and £450.

Jet Washing FAQ's

Will jet washing damage my concrete?

No. Damage is caused by holding a zero-degree nozzle too close to the surface. I use the correct fan, the correct distance and a surface cleaner that spreads the pressure evenly.

Do you make a mess with slurry?

No. I control water flow, I contain run-off from commercial sites, and I rinse all adjacent areas before I leave. On domestic jobs I protect lawns and borders.

How long will it stay clean?

On a domestic path, with the biocide applied, you can expect eighteen months to two years before significant regrowth. On a busy commercial yard with heavy traffic, an annual clean maintains standards.

Can you work at weekends?

Yes. I work at your convenience can I can work overnight cleans for commercial clients across Manchester and Cheshire.

Do you remove oil stains and chewing gum?

Yes. I use a hot water system with a specialist degreaser for oil. For chewing gum I use steam at 150 degrees. I will test a small area first and show you the expected result.
