Driveway Cleaning in South Manchester & North Cheshire
Deep Clean, Re-Sand and Protect for Block Paving, Indian Stone, Tarmac and Resin
I’m David. I run Exterior Cleaning Professionals from Altrincham, and for more than twelve years I have restored driveways across Hale, Bowdon, Wilmslow, Alderley Edge, Knutsford, Sale, Timperley, Didsbury, Cheadle and Stockport.
If your drive has turned black with algae, green with moss, or the blocks are disappearing under weeds, you are seeing the same problem I see every week in South Manchester. Our wet climate feeds growth in the joints. The surface becomes slippery, the colours fade, and the whole front of your house looks tired.

About this service
Why a Quick Blast Ruins a Good Drive
High pressure alone does three things you do not want.
- It blasts the kiln-dried sand out from between block paving, which lets the blocks move and weeds return quickly.
- It etches the surface of soft Indian sandstone and limestone, leaving permanent marks.
- It also drives dirty water into the house brickwork and leaves tiger stripes on tarmac.
I do not clean driveways with pressure alone.
The reason homeowners in Altrincham and Wilmslow pass my number on is simple. I treat every drive as if it were my own.
I am the person who surveys your drive, I complete the full clean myself, and I always finish with two steps most cleaners skip.
I re-sand block paving properly and I apply a professional biocide treatment. That is why my driveways stay clean for three to four years while others are green again by Christmas.

- It also drives dirty water into the house brickwork and leaves tiger stripes on tarmac.
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry’s standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.
