Before & After: Real Transformations In Chorlton

The Process

When approaching a new job, we take a standard four step approach

Step 1 : Consultation - Firstly, a senior member of our team will come to the property to speak with you and survey any issues. Communication with you is key at this stage, to understand your image of how the job should look when completed.
Step 2 : Execution - Following a thorough consultation the team will arrive at your property and carry out the cleaning. This usually follows the pattern of a power washing for the entire drive; to remove any dirt that has ground into the surface of the patio/drive. For more resistant organic pollutants, such as black spot, the team will use a highly effective biocide which consistently gets the results that makes our Drive and Patio Cleaning so popular in the Chorlton area. Any grease/oil stains will be removed with our specific degreaser, leaving the surface as clean as possible.
Step 3 : Sanding - This is a service we are keen to offer should it be needed; often, the power washing of a drive or patio displaces sand between the blocks of the surface. This can seem unsightly and so our team is proud to offer a sanding service to enhance the finish of your drive.
Step 4 : Final Consultation - Following the successful completion of a job, a senior member of the team will consult you on how you feel the work has been completed and to ensure you are satisfied with the work.

FAQ

Driveway Cleaning FAQ's

Will jet washing damage my concrete?

No. Damage is caused by holding a zero-degree nozzle too close to the surface. I use the correct fan, the correct distance and a surface cleaner that spreads the pressure evenly.

Do you make a mess with slurry?

No. I control water flow, I contain run-off from commercial sites, and I rinse all adjacent areas before I leave. On domestic jobs I protect lawns and borders.

How long will it stay clean?

On a domestic path, with the biocide applied, you can expect eighteen months to two years before significant regrowth. On a busy commercial yard with heavy traffic, an annual clean maintains standards.

Can you work at weekends?

Yes. I work at your convenience can I can work overnight cleans for commercial clients across Manchester and Cheshire.

Do you remove oil stains and chewing gum?

Yes. I use a hot water system with a specialist degreaser for oil. For chewing gum I use steam at 150 degrees. I will test a small area first and show you the expected result.
